Offering sells 300,000 of the company's common shares at $0.10 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 18 - Americas Diamond Corp. concluded a $30,000 fully subscribed private placement of stock on Oct. 15, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 300,000 common shares at $0.10 per share. The price per share is identical to the Oct. 14 closing share price.
London-based Americas Diamond is a diamond and precious metals exploration company.
