Company sells 10 million shares at C$0.24 each in non-brokered offer

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 18 - Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. announced it has upsized its private placement of stock to C$2.4 million from C$2.04 million.
The company will now sell 10 million common shares at C$0.24 per share. When the offering was announced Friday, it had planned to sell 8.5 million shares. The per-share price is a 9.43% discount to the closing share price of C$0.265 on March 14.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital.
Based in Hayden, Idaho, Americas Bullion is a precious metals royalty and streaming company designed to provide revenue to shareholders through its portfolio of 34 properties.
