American Woodmark plans to refinance senior secured credit facility

Columbus, Ohio, March 26 – American Woodmark Corp. is planning to refinance its senior secured credit facility, according to a news release Friday that also announced the company’s intention to redeem its $350 million of 4 7/8% senior notes due 2026.

The redemption is conditioned upon consummation of the credit facility refinancing.

The manufacturer of interior furnishings is based in Winchester, Va.
