American Water Capital likely pricing bonds Tuesday, launches at $1.5 billion in 10-, 30-year tranches

Omaha, Oct. 15 - American Water Capital Corp. will likely price its recently announced issue of bonds Tuesday, an informed source said.

The issue was launched as $1.5 billion in two tranches of 10- and 30-year bonds.

Bookrunners are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch.

The company is a subsidiary of American Water Works Co., based in Voorhees, N.J.
