American Transmission offers $600 million notes due 2032; price talk Treasuries plus 140 bps area

Chicago, Nov. 29 – American Transmission Systems Inc. is offering $600 million of notes due Jan. 15, 2032, according to a market source.

The notes are being talked with a spread in the Treasuries plus 140 basis points area.

Barclays, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC have been hired as bookrunners.

The provider of transmission services is based in Akron, Ohio.
