Boston, Feb. 27 - American Transmission Co. priced an upsized $150 million of 10-year notes with a coupon of 5.4% to yield Treasuries plus 265 basis points, market sources said.
The size of the deal was originally set at $100 million.
Wachovia Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the bookrunners.
The notes feature a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 50 bps.
American Transmission is a Waukesha, Wis.-based multi-state transmission-only utility.
