American Tower plans to price 10-year senior notes

Eureka Springs, Ark., May 10 – American Tower Corp. intends to price 10-year senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

Barclays, BBVA Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.

American Tower is a telecommunications provider based in Boston.
