American Tower to price senior notes due 2025, 2030, 2050

Knoxville, Tenn., June 1 – American Tower Corp. intends to price three tranches of fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

American Tower plans to offer notes due Sept. 15, 2025, June 15, 2030 and June 15, 2050.

The notes will have a make-whole call until one month prior to maturity for the 2025 notes, three months prior to maturity for the 2030 notes and six months prior to maturity for the 2050 notes and par calls after those dates.

Barclays, BBVA Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc., RBC Capital Markets Corp. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt, including under the company’s 2019 multicurrency credit facility and its 2019 credit facility, and for general corporate purposes.

American Tower is a telecommunications provider based in Boston.
