ISS ends oversubscribed tender offer for €500 million notes due 2010

Chicago, July 17 - ISS Global A/S said investors tendered €617 million of its euro medium-term notes due September 2010 in the offer for up to €500 million of the notes.

The company will accept tendered notes on a pro-rata basis. The settlement date is expected to be July 23.

Holders will receive par.

Funding for the tender offer will come from an offering of €525 million senior notes due 2014.

The offer began July 13 and expired at noon ET on July 16.

ISS Global is a subsidiary of ISS Holding A/S, a Copenhagen-based provider of facility services.
