American Tire Distributors calls $28.6 million series D notes

Pittsburgh, April 6 - American Tire Distributors Holdings Inc. said it will redeem all $28.6 million outstanding of its series D senior notes due 2008 on May 15 at a price of 101.667%.

American Tire Distributors is a Charlotte, N.C.-based independent wholesale supplier of tires to the replacement tire market in the United States.
