New Issue: UBS prices $199,988 4.84% trigger yield optimization notes linked to iShares Russell

New York, Oct. 15 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $199,988 of 4.84% trigger yield optimization notes due Oct. 20, 2014 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The face amount of each note is $82.64, which is equal to the initial share price of shares of stock.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final price of the fund is less than 75% of the initial share price, in which case investors will receive one share per note.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
