New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.39 million autocallable contingent interest notes on three ETFs

New York, July 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.39 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due July 17, 2020 linked to the least performing of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, the iShares Russell 2000 exchange-traded fund and the SPDR Euro Stoxx 50 exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a semi-annual coupon at an annual rate of 6.25% if each fund closes at or above its interest barrier level, 60% of its initial level, on the review date for that six-monthly period.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each fund closes at or above its initial level on any semi-annual review date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any fund finishes below its 70% trigger value, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least performing fund from its initial level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
