Chicago, May 22 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $427,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity due July 22, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of $1,138.45 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
