RBC plans buffered bullish enhanced notes on iShares EM fund

New York, Aug. 6 - Royal Bank of Canada plans to price 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due Sept. 3, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 20% to 24%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

The notes (Cusip: 78008SFS0) will price on Aug. 28 and settle on Aug. 31.
