New Issue: UBS prices $1.51 million buffered return optimization securities tied to iShares MSCI EM

San Diego, July 30 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.51 million of 0% buffered return optimization securities due July 31, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus double any gain in the fund price, up to a maximum return of 26.42%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
