JPMorgan plans 0% buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EM

San Diego, May 1 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 29, 2013 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 18% to 22% that will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund declines by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 48125VWV8) are expected to price May 25 and settle May 31.
