Credit Suisse plans buffered return equity notes on iShares MSCI EM

San Diego, Jan. 10 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branchc plans to price 0% buffered return equity securities due Jan. 27, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any increase in the fund, subject to a maximum return of 40% to 44% that will be determined at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to losses beyond the buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 22546TKS9) will price Jan. 20 and settle Jan. 27.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will be the agent.
