New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.68 million PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EM, Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, July 11 - Morgan Stanley priced $6.68 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 12, 2012 linked to a basket of two equally weighted components, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying components are the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus double any basket gain, up to a maximum payout of $11.16 per note.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.
