New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.37 million capped partial principal at risk notes on ETF basket

Madison, Wis., June 28 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.37 million 0% capped equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due June 29, 2017 based on a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The equally weighted basket consists of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus any basket gain, subject to a maximum payment of $16.25 per note.

If the final basket level is less than the initial level, the payout will be par plus the basket return. Investors will receive a minimum payment of $9.00 per note.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent and will use all of its fees to allow selling concessions to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.
