New Issue: JPMorgan prices $14.16 million PLUS linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 29 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $14.16 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 28, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any increase in the exchange-traded fund's share price, subject to a maximum return of 20%. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the share price.
