New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on EM ETF

Chicago, Oct. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 31, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, capped at par plus 16.3%.

If the ETF finishes flat or falls by up to 14.25%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the fund beyond the 14.25% buffer.
