Tacoma, Wash., June 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $100,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due July 24, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 25%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.11111% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
