New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $873,000 digital barrier notes tied to index, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $873,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due April 27, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each underlying finishes at or above its 75% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 13.25%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing asset.
