New Issue: JPMorgan prices $9.59 million capped trigger gears linked to iShares EMCI EM

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $9.59 million of 0% capped trigger gears due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus two times the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 36%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 20% or less and be fully exposed to the ETF’s decline from its initial share price if it declines by more than 20%.
