UBS plans capped leveraged buffer notes tied to iShares MSCI EM fund

Chicago, Sept. 29 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due in 21 to 24 months linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 160% of any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,179.04 to $1,210.56 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent.

The Cusip number is 90270KMM8.
