New Issue: Barclays prices $1.26 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to EM ETF

Tacoma, Wash., May 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.26 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 24, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the ETF return. Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the ETF may decline beyond 15%.
