New Issue: UBS sells $154,000 capped leveraged buffered notes on iShares EM ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., April 19 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $154,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due June 14, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any ETF gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,263.55 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
