New Issue: JPMorgan prices $5.57 million PLUS due 2018 tied to MSCI EM fund

Columbus, Ohio, March 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.57 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 5, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 19%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.
