New Issue: JPMorgan prices $615,000 buffered return enhanced notes linked to MSCI EM ETF

Norfolk, Va., July 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $615,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 7, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.45 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of 43.5%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
