New Issue: JPMorgan prices $384,000 two-year digital notes tied to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Nov. 5 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $384,000 of 0% digital notes due Nov. 3, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a digital return of 20.25%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
