New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.51 million dual directional trigger PLUS on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, Nov. 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $6.51 million of 0% dual directional trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 3, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any 1.5 times any fund gain, capped at 30%.

If the fund falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund declines below the 90% trigger.
