San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 25 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $2 million of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due July 28, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 33.5%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 10% or more and will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the share price beyond 10%.
