Deutsche Bank plans to price buffered notes on iShares MSCI EM

New York, June 16 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% buffered notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature 22 to 25 months after pricing.

If the fund return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital settlement amount of between $1,092.50 and $1,122.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% index decline beyond the 10% buffer.

The Cusip is 25152RKY8.
