Morgan Stanley plans buffered PLUS linked to fund, three indexes

Chicago, Feb. 13 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due August 2018 linked to a basket of indexes and an exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Dow Jones industrial average with a 30% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 115% of any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes will price and settle in February.
The Cusip number is 61760S399.
