Credit Suisse to price leveraged notes on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, Dec. 18 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature between 24 and 27 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,345 to $1,365 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will share in any losses.

The notes (Cusip: 22547QEV4) are expected to price in December.
