New Issue: JPMorgan prices $425,000 capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE fund

New York, June 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $425,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 30, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 17%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
