New Issue: JPMorgan prices $970,000 0% capped return enhanced notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., May 31 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $970,000 of 0% capped return enhanced notes due Nov. 28, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any gain in the fund, subject to a maximum return of 24.15%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any fund decline.
