New Issue: Barclays prices $4.19 million equity-linked notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

San Diego, March 1 - Barclays Bank plc priced $4.19 million of 0% equity-linked notes due March 5, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return, subject to a maximum payment of $17.20 per $10 principal amount and a floor of par.
Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is the distributor.
