JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes on S&P 500, iShares MSCI EM, iShares MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., July 1 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due July 31, 2014 linked to an equally weighted basket of the S&P 500 index, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund and the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.03 times any basket gain.

If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. If the basket falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% basket decline.

The notes (Cusip: 48125XXK7) are expected to price July 26 and settle July 29.
