Milwaukee, June 29 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.16 million of 0% performance securities with contingent protection due June 30, 2015 linked to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund with a 70% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund with a 30% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 115.25% of any basket gain. The payout will be par if the basket falls by up to 50%. If the basket declines by more than 50%, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
