JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, Nov. 30 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due June 29, 2012 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 18% to 22%. The exact cap will be set pricing.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
The notes (Cusip: 48124A3X3) will price on Dec. 22 and settle on Dec. 28.
