New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $3.86 million buffered jump securities on index, two funds

Chicago, Nov. 24 - Morgan Stanley priced $3.86 million of 0% buffered jump securities due Nov. 26, 2014 based on equal weights of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, iShares MSCI EAFE index fund and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket finishes at or above its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus any gain, with a minimum 30% upside payment.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will share in losses beyond 15%.
