Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Russell, EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 23 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 2, 2025 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund with a 30% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the basket return. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the basket may decline beyond 30%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price Dec. 27.
The Cusip number is 06747NWD2.
