New Issue: Barclays prices $992,000 buffered Super Track notes linked to EAFE ETF

Chicago, Dec. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $992,000 of 0% buffered Super Track notes due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 433B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index.

If the index falls by up to 33%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 33%.

Barclays is the agent.
