Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $25,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Nov. 3, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain, capped at 10.75%. If the ETF finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
