New Issue: BMO sells $1.4 million buffered bullish enhanced return notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 4 – Bank of Montreal priced $1.4 million of 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due April 5, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any fund gain, subject to a maximum return of 15%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
