Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 15 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $899,000 of 0% leveraged barrier notes due Aug. 16, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of each ETF is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 255.36% of the return of the lesser-performing ETF.
If the lesser-performing ETF’s return is less than or equal to zero but greater than or equal to negative 50%, the payout will be par.
If the lesser-performing ETF’s return is less than negative 50%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing ETF declines from its initial share price.
