New Issue: UBS prices capped $2.48 million airbag gears linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Aug. 13 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.48 million of 0% capped airbag gears due Feb. 5, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum gain of 14.04%. Investors will receive par if the ETF finishes flat or falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
