New Issue: BMO prices $305,000 booster notes with barrier on index, ETF

Chicago, Aug. 13 – Bank of Montreal priced $305,000 of 0% booster notes with barrier due July 29, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lesser performing asset increases by more than 38.5% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus the gain of the lesser performing asset.

If the lesser performing asset return is positive but does not exceed 38.5% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus 38.5%.

If either asset falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

If either asset falls by more than 30%, the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing asset with full exposure to the loss.
