New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $110,000 buffered accelerated return notes on EAFE ETF

Chicago, July 3– Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $110,000 of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due June 3, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the fund return, capped at par plus 24%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
